LVP, laminate, and tile. New install, tear-out, and repairs on failed or water-damaged floors. Subfloor prep included.
Demo, hauling, cleanout
Interior demo, junk removal, jobsite cleanout, and hauling. 24 ft flatbed and a dump trailer.
Dirtwork and landscaping
Grading, drainage, backfill, rock and edging, small site prep.
Decks and outdoor structures
New decks, rebuilds, stairs, railing, pergolas. Overstock decking often available.
Drywall, paint, finish carpentry
Hang, tape, texture, paint. Trim, doors, and built-ins.
Concrete
Flatwork, pads, steps, and small pours. Tear-out and replace.
Repair and punch list
Doors that stick, rotten trim, failed caulk, drywall holes, a list left over from another crew. Send the list.
